01. Terms of Use
By accessing or utilizing the enterprise-grade web solutions, technical consulting services, and proprietary digital frameworks provided by Amador Web Solutions ("the Company"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Operational Eligibility:
Our services are engineered for professional business entities and individuals who possess the legal authority to enter into binding technical service agreements. Use of our internal API endpoints or development sandboxes without explicit authorization is strictly prohibited.
02. User Responsibilities
Data Integrity
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their deployment credentials and ensuring that all data uploaded to our servers complies with global security standards.
Technical Compliance
Clients must ensure that their local development environments and integrated third-party systems do not introduce vulnerabilities into the Amador ecosystem.
03. Service Limitations
Amador Web Solutions strives for 99.9% uptime for all hosted infrastructure; however, service delivery is subject to the following technical limitations:
- L.01Scheduled maintenance windows may occur during low-traffic periods (UTC 02:00-04:00) with 48-hour prior notification.
- L.02Latency variations caused by global CDN propagation or ISP-level throttling are beyond the Company's operational control.
- L.03Integration with legacy systems is provided on a "best-effort" basis and does not guarantee full feature parity.
04. Intellectual Property
All source code, proprietary algorithms, visual design assets, and technical documentation remain the exclusive property of Amador Web Solutions unless otherwise specified in a signed Master Service Agreement (MSA).
05. Governing Law
"These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Amador Web Solutions operates, without regard to conflict of law principles."
