Amador Web Solutions offers:

Technical SEO Services (audits, implementation, code optimization)

Accessibility Services (accessibility audits, remediation, WCAG-based improvements)

Website Development (Wix, Go High Level, custom Next.js sites, templates, and custom builds)

Website Maintenance (bug fixes, code updates, new components, design-to-code work)

Platform Administration (API integrations, analytics setup, conversion tracking, CRM setup)

All services are delivered based on the scope agreed upon in proposals, invoices, or written communication.

2. Client Responsibilities

To deliver services effectively, clients agree to:

Provide accurate project information

Supply necessary access credentials (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, CRM platforms, hosting, etc.)

Maintain full ownership and responsibility for the security of their accounts

Respond to communication in a reasonable timeframe

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have proper rights to any materials (images, logos, copy) provided to us.

3. Payments

Payments are processed through approved third-party processors (e.g., Stripe, Go High Level).

Work may require upfront deposits or full payment depending on the service.

Invoices must be paid by their due date.

Late or failed payments may result in paused work until resolved.

We do not store or directly handle credit card information.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital and technical services:

All completed work is non-refundable.

If work has not yet begun, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Deposits are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

5. Project Timelines

Timelines depend on:

Scope of work

Client response times

Platform limitations (e.g., Go High Level, Wix, Next.js hosting)

Delays caused by the client (missing content, approvals, logins) may extend delivery dates.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Client Ownership

Clients retain full ownership of:

Their website content

Branding assets

Domain names

Platform accounts

6.2 Developer Ownership

We retain rights to:

Custom code libraries

Proprietary tools or systems used in development

Portfolio usage (screenshots of publicly available work)

If a client wishes to restrict portfolio use, they must request this in writing.

7. Third-Party Services

We may integrate or work with third-party services such as:

Wix

Go High Level

Vercel / Next.js hosting

Google Analytics & Tag Manager

Hotjar

Mailchimp, ConvertKit, and other email tools

Each service has its own terms, which clients must abide by. We are not responsible for third-party outages, errors, or changes.

8. Website Hosting & Platforms

8.1 Next.js Hosting

Next.js websites require paid hosting (e.g., Vercel). We do not provide free hosting.

8.2 Go High Level

Our main recommended CRM and automation tool. Clients must maintain their own subscription.

8.3 Wix

Websites hosted on Wix are subject to Wix’s hosting plans and limitations.

We are not responsible for hosting downtimes or platform service issues.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep private and confidential:

Login credentials

Business strategies

Internal documents

Private communications

We may store temporary credentials only as needed to perform services.

10. Limitation of Liability

Amador Web Solutions is not liable for:

Loss of revenue, data, or business resulting from website issues

Security breaches caused by client negligence or third-party platforms

Errors resulting from changes made by the client or other developers

Third-party platform outages, updates, or limitations

Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

11. Termination

We may terminate a project or working relationship if:

The client violates these Terms

Payments are not made

The client becomes unresponsive

The client may also terminate at any time; however, completed work must be paid for.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date will reflect changes.

Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of updated Terms.
